The rule
You can request a full refund at any time before your account generates its first image. Once the first image is generated, the purchase is final where law permits, and this page says so before payment rather than after.
Why first generation
Generation is when the service is delivered. Before it, nothing has been consumed and the money is simply returned. After it, you have received the product the price bought.

Consumer rights that apply in your region are not limited by this policy.
How to ask
Contact support with your order number. Refund requests are checked against your account's generation record, and we will explain the decision and any change to your access.
Disputes
Chargebacks suspend the entitlement pending resolution.
