Fair-use policy

1. Concurrency

   Two active generation jobs per account at launch. Further jobs queue.

2. Rate

   Request rates far beyond normal hands-on use may be slowed and reviewed.

3. Automation

   Scripted, headless, or resold access is prohibited. The product is sold for a person doing their own work.

4. Prohibited content

   Brayer may block requests involving illegal content, exploitation, abuse, or other harmful uses listed in this policy.

5. Exceptional use

   Accounts using more than five times the typical processing cost may be reviewed by a person.

6. Review path

   Warning, temporary throttle, manual review, suspension, then appeal, in that order, except for severe prohibited use.

7. Appeal

   A named contact reviews suspensions. The purchase is not silently voided.
